BIKRAM YOGA 

Bikram Yoga is a challenging, exciting and effective workout. This sequence of poses is designed to work the whole body from the inside out. Every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and organ in the body can receive benefit from this class. The class is designed for all levels and is open to first time students and experienced students alike.

We heat the room, so be prepared to work hard and sweat. Bikram Yoga can improve flexibility, tone the whole body, increase circulation and reduce stress. Bring a large towel, bottle of water and washcloth. Come to class with an empty stomach and an open mind. Class is 90 minutes in length and taught only by certified yoga teachers.
